General Information

Gill’s Inn & Suites offers booking services online and over the phone. We offer promotions from time to time for bookings made via our website.

Gill’s Inn & Suites honors bookings made up to 12 months in advance. After booking, the Inn holds the room for the guest which is considered a tentative reservation. Guests should confirm the reservation within 24 hours before arrival. Upon confirmation from the guest the tentative reservation is now considered a confirmed reservation. If confirmation is not made, the Inn cannot guarantee availability for the reserved room and may cancel the reservation. Please contact us via phone or email to confirm your booking or if you will be arriving late.

The rates per room are flat and will not increase based on the number of occupants. There is a maximum of 2 people per room for the single-bed rooms and 4 people per room for the double-bed rooms. There is no minimum days/nights required for booking.

Rates do not include all applicable taxes and a service charge.

Checking In & Checking Out

We guarantee your room to be ready at 2:00 pm the day of arrival. Check-in is available from 2 pm to 7 pm. If you plan to arrive after 7 pm, please call to make arrangements for late check-in.

Check out time is 11:00 am. If you plan to arrive prior to 2:00 pm please notify us.

Checking out late will incur a $10 fee per hour up until 1:00 pm. After this time, guests will be required to vacate the room and make another booking if more time if they wish to extend their stay.

We will gladly secure your baggage before or after check-in and check-out times as needed.

Identification

A valid picture ID in the form of a state ID, driver’s license or passport belonging to at least one adult guests must be shown at the time of check in. This also applies to guests who wish to re-check in.

A valid ID is also required for all credit card transactions - no exceptions.

payment

Guests must pay in full at the time of check in. The Inn accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and cash. All rates are subject to a 12% sales and occupancy tax. For credit/debit card payments there is an additional $3.00 convenience fee. A valid ID is required for all credit card transactions.

Continental Breakfast

Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. Guests enjoy their breakfast in the inn’s communal dining area. We take great pride in providing a wide variety of delicious items that can be enjoyed by all.

Children

Children of any age are welcome throughout the year at Gill’s Inn & Suites. No additional fees apply for children sharing a room with their guardians.

Pets

Gill’s Inn & Suites is a dog-friendly hotel. Prior notification is required in order to bring your dog on property or at the time of booking. Our rates for guests who wish to bring their pets is $15 per day or $50 per week. While on the property, all dogs must be kept on a leash. Please contact reservations for more information.

Smoking

We offer smoking and non-smoking rooms to accommodate the personal needs of our guests and families. Guests are not permitted to smoke in a designated non-smoking room or it’s parameters. If found doing so, the offender can be fined up to $300 and may be asked to leave the property.

Cooking

Cooking of any kind is not permitted in the rooms. However, we do provide microwaves to heat or re-heat food as needed. All cooking must be done on the grills near the pool/recreation area.

Appliances and Amenities

We have sourced some of the best appliances for the use and comfort of our valued guests. Guests are not allowed to remove any appliances, towels, bedding, drapery, etc. that are provided in the room and will be billed for any missing or damaged items.

CDL Discounts

We offer 15% discounts for all CDL drivers which is only applied to the daily rate. This discount will not apply and cannot be combined with any other special rates or promotions.

Refunds

We strive to make our lodging as comfortable and accommodating as possible, but we understand that there may be a situation where our guests are not satisfied and may request a refund. Bookings for one nights are non-refundable after the guest has confirmed and checked in. Guests who book in advance for 3 or more nights will not be issued a refund after having spent 3 nights at the inn.

Refunds may be issued if the guest has booked for 3 or more nights and has spent less than 3 nights at the inn and guests will only be billed for the nights spent at the regular daily rate.

Inn Property Guidelines

Guests are not permitted to loiter outside or on the premises after 10:00 pm. Guests are not permitted to bring air mattresses for use in or outside of the rooms.

Providing a relaxing stay is our top goal for our guests. Therefore, we have a strict policy in place against use of loud music in the rooms or in vehicles while on the premises.
